We offer our customers fast and reliable logistics for small machinery, equipment, tools, and spare parts. All our shipments depart directly from our operational base located in Madrid, Spain (Paseo de la Castellana 257, Oficina 1-A). This allows us to guarantee short and consistent delivery times throughout the Iberian Peninsula and the European Union.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Mainland Spain: 1 to 3 business days.

  • European Union: 3 to 7 business days (depending on the destination).

  • International (outside the EU): 7 to 15 business days.

  • Order Tracking: Once your machinery order or rental equipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • Insured Shipping: All machinery packages, equipment, and components are shipped with comprehensive insurance and active tracking included to ensure they arrive in perfect operational condition at your farm, garden, or job site.

GLOBAL SHIPPING

We ship equipment, machinery components, and gardening tools to over 200 countries. For complex logistics or delivery of machinery to remote agricultural areas, we will contact you immediately if there are any specific transport restrictions or specialized unloading requirements.

LOST PACKAGES OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please carefully verify the delivery or delivery-site address before finalizing your purchase or lease agreement. We cannot be held responsible for address errors provided by the customer. If an equipment shipment is lost or misdirected due to an oversight on our part, we will take full responsibility and arrange for an immediate priority solution.

CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES

For international deliveries of machinery or technical spare parts outside the European Union, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are completely beyond our control and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. By confirming your order or lease contract, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

SHIPPING OF MULTIPLE ITEMS

Whenever technically feasible, all items in a single order (tools, accessories, or multiple machinery pieces) will be shipped together. For complex agricultural or landscaping setups, equipment may arrive in partial or sequenced deliveries according to the agreed lease schedule or project phases.
